B.O.M. Customs ("we"), operated by Buy One Media, designs and sells made-to-order personalized products on marketplaces including eBay and Etsy, and fulfills the resulting orders. This policy covers how we handle buyer information.

What we collect

When a buyer purchases one of our listings, the marketplace (eBay or Etsy) provides us the order details needed to make and ship the product: the item purchased, personalization text or images the buyer chose to submit, and the recipient's name and shipping address.

How we use it

• To produce the personalized item exactly as the buyer requested.
• To ship the order — name and address are shared with the production partner that manufactures that specific order (e.g. ShineOn, Printway) solely to make and deliver it.
• To provide customer support and handle returns through the marketplace.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone except the production partner fulfilling the order.
• We do not use buyer data for advertising or marketing.
• We do not store payment details — payments are processed entirely by the marketplace.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and marketplace dispute purposes, then deleted.

To request a copy or deletion of your personal data, contact [email protected]. The marketplace's own privacy policy (eBay or Etsy) governs data held by that marketplace.
